A Highlight Table in Tableau is a visualisation that combines a traditional table with colour-based conditional formatting to make patterns, comparisons and important values easier to identify at a glance, allowing users to analyse large sets of numbers quickly and intuitively by using colour intensity to represent data magnitude.

Procedure
Steps to import the dataset :
- Open Tableau tool and connect a dataset into it.
- Drag and drop the one sheet of the connected dataset.
- Click on sheet1 to open the tableau worksheet.
- On clicking Sheet1 you will get whole dataset attributes on the left side and a worksheet for work.
To create a highlight table you have to form a table first by selecting the minimum two attributes (one in row and one in column) by drag and drop then select the chart option as highlight tables.
Example 1:
- Drag and drop the fields in columns and rows to create a table.
- Select the highlight tables from "show me" option.
- Apply marks by color for a better view.

Example 2:
- Drag and drop the fields in columns and rows to create a table.
- Select the highlight tables from "show me" option.
- Apply marks by color for a better view.
- Change the border color by selecting another color in "Border" option.

Example 3:
- Drag and drop the fields in columns and rows to create a table.
- Select the highlight tables from "show me" option.
- Apply marks by color for a better view.
- Apply quick table calculation as "percentage" for analysis.
