00:01Previously on Project Runway...
00:03Please welcome Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
00:05Hi! Hi!
00:06The bow tie will serve as the point of departure
00:09for whatever it is that you create.
00:16I would love to know some comments about my garment.
00:19It looked like the walk of shame.
00:20You are safe today. You know that, right?
00:22You should have been quiet.
00:23I'm not going to be quiet.
00:24They could have sent you home.
00:25Put yourself in my shoes.
00:27Why have you put it in your shoes?
00:28Because I was barely safe.
00:30Voice me down!
00:32You should have not talked to her like that.
00:34Oh, really?
00:35You .
00:36Take your ass off.
00:37I'm going to smash this camera. I promise you.
00:40Sandro, he's missing.
00:42No.
00:43Sandro has eliminated himself.
00:45All three of you are safe.
00:47Brayden, you are the winner of this challenge.
00:50I'd like to propose to my partner here and now.
00:54Josh, will you marry me?
00:56Say yes.
00:58Fashion fans everywhere.
00:59Your favorite fashion show.
01:01Is back on the runway.
01:03Where the best talent is crowned.
01:05And cut.
01:06You want style?
01:09You want talent?
01:11You want drama?
01:12You got it.
01:13Who do you want to win?
01:16You have a front row seat.
01:18For fashion's greatest show.
01:19This is Project Runway.
01:21I still hear Sandro's voice when we're getting ready.
01:23Oh, my God.
01:24I wanted to hear him this morning.
01:25He comes off very aggressive, but he's a sweetheart.
01:27He is.
01:28I'm surprised that he took it upon himself to leave, though.
01:29Yeah.
01:30It's like, you're safe, you dumb .
01:31Sandro was a ticking time bomb.
01:32It was long overdue that he'd just blow up on somebody.
01:33He can go himself.
01:34It's your school bang.
01:35It's your school bang.
01:40Come on, come on.
01:41I'm going to see the next day.
01:42I still hear Sandro's voice when we're getting ready.
01:43Oh, my God.
01:44I wanted to hear him this morning.
01:45He comes off very aggressive, but he's a sweetheart.
01:47He is.
01:48I'm surprised that he took it upon himself to leave, though.
01:49Yeah.
01:50It's like, you're safe, you dumb .
01:51overdue that he'd just blow up on somebody. He can go f*** himself. It's your school bang.
02:02Hello designers. Congratulations on getting this far. For this challenge you will be meeting Tim
02:12and a guest in the meatpacking district and they have a few surprises in store for you. Good luck
02:18designers and proceed with caution. Bye.
02:33Oh look how hot these cars are. Good morning designers and welcome to Gansevort Plaza in the
02:39meatpacking district. I am delighted to introduce you to Brian Bolane, Corporate Marketing Manager
02:44for Lexus. Welcome Brian. Thanks Tim. Good morning designers. I'd like to introduce you to the Lexus
02:49IS sedan which is all new for 2014 and I hope you like it because you're going to be spending a little
02:55time in these cars today as they're going to be your transportation as you complete your challenge.
03:01All right so designers before we get into the details of your challenge you're working in teams
03:07of three. Oh I knew it. Oh so it's another team challenge. Our first team is Ken, Alexandria, and Sue.
03:19I am highly upset. Alexandria talks extremely too much. Ken are you going to be our chauffeur? And Sue,
03:26she don't know how to make patterns. She don't know how to do anything. Next we have Kate,
03:31Jeremy, and Karen. Boo. Boo. I am so excited. I think they're great designers and I am so thankful.
03:40Then Justin, Dom, and Helen. I am so happy because looking around at all the other teams it could have
03:47been a lot worse. And we're left with Alexander, Miranda, and Brayden. Brayden's won two challenges.
03:54I think we have a great team. Each team is to create a luxurious high-end mini collection that is
04:03three looks. Each designer is responsible for an individual look. You can use the beautiful Lexus
04:10cars as inspiration if you choose, but it isn't a requirement. You have a suggested spending amount of
04:17$1,500. Holy crap. Each team should choose an individual member who takes responsibility for
04:25that amount and putting it on their GoBank card. And then the other two designers will reimburse
04:31your GoBank account. Using the Lexus e-destination program, the navigation systems in these vehicles
04:39have been sent addresses to three different locations. You are to choose two of them to go to
04:44for your materials. This is your third unconventional materials challenge.
04:51So here are your three choices. A vintage wallpaper store, a specialty food store, and a combination
04:59home goods and party store. Good luck, designers, and I will see you all back at Parsons safely.
05:04Fun!
05:09Let's go for it. I'm excited, you guys.
05:11So let's go for it, yeah?
05:14I know you guys are probably like, oh God, we have her. No, no.
05:21I feel bad for Cam. He was so pissed off.
05:25This is fun. You know, let's have fun with this. You know, we're going to push the envelope, okay?
05:31I'm living a nightmare.
05:32Hey, buddy. Hey. The first store that we go to is called Surprise Surprise.
05:39Oh my gosh, it's beautiful. Should we do lighter, silvery colors?
05:45We're grabbing silver and black placemats, black liners that have an interesting grid to them.
05:52Oh, okay, cool. Right there. Good, we made it.
05:55We all decided to stop in the antique wallpaper shop first. This is beautiful, though.
06:00Two rolls on the other side.
06:02So we can use that. I think we should get another one to be seen.
06:06Yeah, let's get three. Okay, so our total is $261.
06:09Awesome.
06:18Where is Sue?
06:19I hear you. Black, right?
06:21All right, I got what I wanted there. I think we can go.
06:23Oh, this is all good.
06:24Yeah.
06:25$13.37.74.
06:28Really?
06:29Yeah.
06:33The only game plan we have is white. Buy white and find an accent color.
06:38$35 each. Anything else, you guys?
06:41We got all.
06:41Nope.
06:43$7.25.30.
06:45Thank you very much.
06:46How are you?
06:47Thank you. Thanks for your help. Bye.
06:53Dried fruit.
06:56We definitely want to use some kind of dried fruit or berries.
07:00Are they fresh or they dry?
07:01They're dry.
07:02That will be reminiscent of beating.
07:04$297.30.
07:08Sensory overload.
07:09I know, they're so gorgeous.
07:11That looks a little 80s.
07:12Yeah, two 80s.
07:17Miranda.
07:18What are those?
07:19I like that.
07:19I like that, too.
07:20We will have no pop of color.
07:22Silver is color.
07:23To Nina Garcia, that is not a color.
07:29Yeah, her white.
07:31Oh, look at this black, right?
07:33From the past, I've learned that when the materials are unconventional,
07:36the judges want you to get a little bit adventurous.
07:38We're good.
07:40Perfect.
07:40Woo-hoo!
07:44That's interesting.
07:45Very interesting.
07:46I prefer that.
07:47That's kind of cool.
07:47I like the spoiler of the car a little bit.
07:49Will that allow us to win or not?
07:50That's the question.
07:52I'm against being here, period.
07:54So, I would hate to spend $300 on something, and we're going to use it as trim.
08:00Let's go back to Parsons!
08:02Let's go back to Parsons!
08:15Hello, everyone.
08:16Hi!
08:16How did you enjoy your shopping?
08:18So much fun!
08:20Well, it's good to have you back in the work room.
08:22You have a lot of work to do.
08:23You have until midnight tonight.
08:28Your models will be in later for a fitting.
08:30I will see you later.
08:33You want to do another hot color like this?
08:35I don't want three hot colors.
08:37Looking at all three of these, I don't see cohesion.
08:39Ken, Sue, and Alexandria are completely clashing.
08:44What is this?
08:45This.
08:47Well, it was a bold color, a bold decision.
08:49I don't like it.
08:50I know it's going to hit the fan.
08:55Coming up on Project Runway.
08:57This makes me sick.
09:00I'm so confused.
09:01You've thrown the whole challenge.
09:02Hi, everyone.
09:06We are all shocked.
09:14Can we bring it in, Ken?
09:16Oh, yeah.
09:17Yeah, that's nicer, isn't it?
09:19I think everybody needs to be sewing right now.
09:23Sue?
09:24Yep, I'm going.
09:25I just had to share an idea.
09:26We brainstormed a few minutes ago.
09:28Let's work on foundation and then...
09:30Well, the way I work is I get ideas
09:32while I'm sewing.
09:33Excuse me?
09:34The way I work is I get ideas while I'm sewing, too.
09:36And so I just want to share.
09:37We need to get on the ball.
09:38You're not doing what you did last week.
09:41Okay, what does everybody need as far as materials?
09:44I'll probably need eight of those.
09:47I'm making the most drop-dead gorgeous cocktail dress.
09:51I'm using placemats.
09:53Originally, I had thought about doing a gown,
09:56but the more I'm looking at these materials
09:58and our time constraints, the more I'm like,
10:00we don't have time for a gown.
10:01I know.
10:02I think the bigger we go, the better.
10:05Because a lot of their stuff is for PC.
10:07Give me a picture of the corner.
10:08The front of the Lexus looks very graphic and textural,
10:12and we immediately draw our inspiration
10:15from the forms and the lines of how it's designed.
10:18These scenes are perfect.
10:19And I'm like...
10:21Oh, no.
10:21Yes.
10:21Yes.
10:23Yes.
10:24Oh, no.
10:25Yes.
10:26Oh, no.
10:36Hi, everyone.
10:37we are all shocked designers I have brought Sandro back just to say goodbye
10:43and to bring some closure to the situation so I want to say if I've been
10:50difficult for somebody here or make feel very uncomfortable around me please
10:55forgive me and Helen what happened yesterday that happens for some reason
11:02because you've been very very close to me and I felt I don't deserve that kind of
11:08attention from you and I was also too crazy you see I'm emotional crazy Russian
11:13I'm sorry also to you I've been very emotional this is my minus I should be
11:21stronger enough to handle my emotions but I lost friend I've been misunderstood
11:27from people so I I decide to leave bye guys
11:37I already went to the 360 right now he did apologize yeah which is you know no
11:43or something all right designers I'm eager to check in with you and see what
11:49you're doing Alexander Braden Miranda what is this this is Raffia wind blind oh my
11:56god and is that quilted that's quilted oh you did the quilt yeah today this I'm
12:02ecstatic it's a great collaboration I feel it work hard thank you we were doing a
12:07concept that's based on the cars futuristic art deco so what I'm planning on
12:12doing is these black panels will be the placemats and then I'm having this silver
12:18mesh be in different points of the garment you have among your materials an
12:22incredible opportunity here if I were sitting as a judge and you told me it
12:27was $200 worth of placemats I'd say I'm disappointed okay so this is a
12:32pants and a top and two dresses Dom Helen and Justin come up with this
12:38bonkers concept at first we all have like different concepts they were all going
12:42different but that's what every team's dealing with with the origami and like
12:46these very abstract shapes I think we're just concerned if we do the whole
12:51collection in this pattern it might be too wild this is the only thing you have
12:55why did you do that to yourselves I am nervous I have no idea what's going to
13:02happen all right I'm gonna let you get back to work welcome how did you decide what you
13:08were going to be creating we were going to unify everything with a few elements there's a curving
13:13of everything strong collars this is your Muslim prototype what are you making it out
13:17of you're the second team I've seen using these placemats so is this your look Kim yes I frankly
13:24wouldn't have known that they were the placemats because of how you've been pleading them I'm
13:27thinking about it's on the blackies so what are you using what is that I think it's a
13:32carding okay can I just be blunt this makes me sick we may as well go into mood this is not why we
13:42sent you out I mean it's an unconventional material challenge it's a bunch of fabric
13:47we've ever seen project my life yeah have you seen the unconventional challenges yeah we want you've
13:52seen what the judges do when they're presented with a fabric I mean there's so many possibilities
14:00you're only inhibited by your own creativity you all have a serious conundrum among these three
14:07looks you're going to need to work it out okay by the way you guys you still owe me money can you
14:16transfer it to me sure okay I'm sending money Alexander Pope three eighty six ninety six cents amount
14:23send yes I got it go bank appreciates it thank you for your payments okay I know that you guys
14:36wanted a high but this high is not working there's all in the back I'm gonna deal with it okay when
14:42you do it everything that's been planned has went downhill this is why absolutely hate group challenges
14:48what happens if you're in the bottom and it's one person or two people who have like good looks Ken pulls
14:54me aside and asks me about how team elimination works so the person with the bad look would go home my
15:02advice if your team is sinking you have to put your life vest on first I mean the back isn't isn't the
15:08problem justin is having a lot of issues with these pants maybe we don't have to redo the entire pan
15:15maybe we just need to redo the front or the back this challenge is very difficult for me but my biggest
15:22supporter it has to be my family oh yeah good how are you I'm doing alright you want to talk to dad are
15:30you doing okay communicating with people yeah I miss you guys your family misses you and your friends you
15:37know you need to hang in there and it won't be long before you're home we all love you okay
15:43I don't know how I will have handled this without them if I win for them I mean it would be amazing
15:52I've never used glue before in a garment I have a lot to do in a very very short amount of time and I
16:13don't want to get kicked in the teeth by the judges for not doing a good job I've started I'm going to
16:18finish I don't have enough mesh so I'm trying to make this under garment for this Sue that red ain't
16:25going I know we don't have enough of the good stuff got too much stupid fabric we really missed the mark
16:31on the fabric I honestly didn't know Sue was as experienced as she is I don't even understand how
16:38she made it to the job we can't move forward if there's no harmony and no communication hey guys it's
16:43time to go I think I was a little too optimistic about many aspects of this experience
16:50good morning designers good morning Sam you will have two hours to send your models to the L'Oreal
17:06Paris hair and makeup rooms the Belk accessory wall use it very thoughtfully all right thanks everyone
17:13the only issue we're having is getting Justin's pants to fit properly it's looking kind of bad I wish I've
17:30had more time to finesse my side decoration I'm just gobsmacked by how good it looks and I stand a good
17:37chance at winning this challenge has to start sewing anything yet it's looking really good you know I
17:43think that not how she starts sewing it I think I don't think I that's yes or no I don't know Sue
17:50still does not have a garment I'm highly pissed off that she has not put her way hello it's kind of
18:00futuristic the focus is going to be on the lip when I think of futuristic I think of a strong brow very
18:07lip yeah almost like a modern Cleopatra I using the liner intense yeah I like that perfect you want to
18:21kind of play with hard and soft I like the way this looks though but if it was just a little bigger
18:27I like that you have anything fun and new puts on the precious oils in it to give it like a lot of
18:33shine and then maybe we'll stitch it oh really sort of sleek the hair out with some shine cream French
18:40twist with a twist exactly designers in ten minutes you and your models and I are going down to the
18:49runway thank you the gown is not done it needs a strap out all right the pins aren't really going
18:59through the raffia so I'm gonna have to stitch as I go I have to do it right the first time and hope
19:04it works it's scary excellent designers and models we're going down to the runway we need to get on her
19:11like now Sue doesn't have a dress that's completed Alexandria nope time time I'm helping Sue nope nope nope
19:20Sue is still without a garment it's drama I'm sending a model out not dressed it's insane that I'm at this
19:30point I want you to know this is totally unprecedented that a model would leave the workroom not dressed
19:37we're the team that you don't want to be and it sucks it's kind of embarrassing I'm torn between
19:43who should go home someone that's really difficult to work with or someone that I can't sew I don't
19:48think it should be me but I'm incredibly worried coming up on project runway bad weird funky ugly all
19:56of it it's painful and they can all go home I lost it I'm speaking I need you to be quiet
20:01the winner of project runway will receive one hundred and fifty thousand dollars provided by go
20:08bank the award-winning new bank account made to be used on a mobile phone fifty thousand dollars of
20:14next-generation technology from HP and Intel to help enable their creativity and launch their new business

20:48fashions that truly pop and a $50,000 styling contract with L'Oreal Paris it is a price package worth over
20:55half a million dollars the model paired with the winner of project runway will receive a fashion
20:59spread in Marie Claire magazine and $25,000 from L'Oreal Paris hello designers welcome to the runway for
21:15this challenge you worked in teams of three you were to create a luxe mini collection you were able to go to
21:22two of three locations to get your unconventional materials you had one day to put your mini
21:27collection together one member from the winning team will be the winner of this challenge and one
21:32member from the losing team will be out all right let's say hello to the judges first we have acclaimed
21:38fashion designer Zach Posen hello designers creative director for Marie Claire magazine Nina Garcia hi everyone
21:46and June Ambrose celebrity fashion stylist and designer hello darling and this season we're very
21:55excited to welcome your mentor Tim Gunn he will get one Tim Gunn rescue during the season which allows him
22:02to save and eliminate a designer if he disagrees with the judges hasn't happened yet Heidi you agree with
22:08everything totally this season we have an anonymous runway show we the judges do not know which designer made
22:16which outfit all right let's start the show my look specifically awesome her scarf is just so striking
22:32as much as wallpaper can I think it does represent me as a designer I'm really happy with how it turned out
22:49it is simple but it looks like sequins on the dress the textile was really
23:02transformed she's spectacular in this bridal gown made of blinds plastic tablecloth and some wallpaper I
23:17mean I can't believe the materials that we use and yet it looks like a fantasy bridal gown I'm very
23:24happy with the look our collection looks great it looks so cohesive yet has that wow factor any pretty
23:30damn original I think our team could be in the top
23:33I am very happy with the concept and the aesthetic and effort that I put into it with the fact that it is a wallpaper
23:49of all it is a good look to sign up the collection
23:57I'm really pleased with how it's moving I'm really happy that the wallpaper isn't ripping to pieces like I
24:09thought it was going to I definitely feel like my garment was a pretty good representation of me in wallpaper
24:16I'm a little concerned that skirt portion that's bunching up a little bit
24:23but I think it looks beautiful and they're gonna appreciate that it's paper and it's draped and sewn so
24:34perfectly everything together as a mini collection I do wish we had added more sculptural pieces that
24:41definitely could have given it more of a wow factor than it has
24:51the look is like I expected it's for me it's a disaster
25:02I definitely regret having compromised my design ideas so that we could move forward as a team and pull this thing off
25:10my look is poor fitting and it's kind of my aesthetic and it's kind of not I wanted to incorporate the
25:22pleats that Sue normally use so it can kind of tie everything in together I'm embarrassed and shamed that I'm a part of this group
25:31the idea is there but I know that I can do more and if I had a strong team we would have been in a different position
25:33the idea is there but I know that I can do more and if I had a strong team we would have been in a different position
25:38it's obvious that three different designers designed this collection compared to the other collections where the weakest link
25:45I am blinded by its luminosity
25:52I am blinded by its luminosity
25:57I am blinded by its luminosity
26:00it's got the judges full attention I feel really confident I stand a good chance at winning this challenge
26:15I think my girl looks amazing and you can see our own personality and styles coming through the garments that we've made
26:40I'm really hopeful that we will be in the top
26:47she looks awesome it was fun to do something that was a little bit edgier
26:57who knows maybe I'll get into that a little bit more
26:59I'm always worried on unconventional challenges so it feels good to see some smiles
27:07the collection together looks stunning
27:13designers
27:18we were blown away by your looks this week
27:21one member from the winning team will be the winner of this challenge
27:24and one member from the losing team will be out
27:28there will be a winning team and a losing team
27:34Jeremy, Karen, Kate
27:37congratulations you are the winning team
27:41oh my god
27:42oh my god
27:44oh my god
27:45Alexandria, Ken, Sue
27:47I'm sorry but you are the losing team
27:51if I have not called your name congratulations
27:55your scores have qualified you to move on to the next round
27:58you guys can leave the runway
27:59thank you
28:01Jeremy, Karen, Kate
28:03tell us about your materials and your looks
28:05we were inspired by the grey Lexus
28:08that took us into kind of a futuristic but not too out there theme
28:12so we selected placemats similar to our fellow designers
28:16some drawer liner packaging from a shower curtain
28:19then we decided to go to the grocery store
28:21we found amazing poppy seeds some black rice
28:25coconut
28:26coconut shavings
28:27wow
28:28and where is all of them
28:29show us on here I want to know everything
28:30the rice if you would you turn Roberta
28:33right there I used it as little embroidery stitching
28:36it's rice?
28:37yeah it's black rice
28:38no way
28:39and then we have poppy seeds mixed with glitter down here
28:42that's her ombre?
28:43yeah
28:44talk about mixed media
28:45who did what?
28:46this first gown that Say is wearing is mine
28:48you were saying I'm not going to hear Madame again
28:52he actually said that
28:53yeah
28:54but I drove the car on our challenge
28:56and I found it like a stingray
28:58it can be quite dangerous but it's got that fluidity
29:01the stripe down the side of the gown on both sides
29:04is meant to represent the back of the stingray
29:07what is it made out of?
29:08100% out of placemats
29:10I mean the fit of this dress is insanely good
29:13I mean her cleavage looks phenomenal
29:15thank you
29:16Karen what did you do?
29:17I made this garment
29:18I just wanted something that was sleek geometric
29:21so I used liners for drawers
29:24because I just felt like this embodied not only the car's grill
29:28but the steering wheel
29:29and then in the back giving more of this design
29:32because I felt really inspired by these tablecloths
29:35it kind of reminded me again of just the inside of the car
29:38and Kate so you did this look?
29:39yes so I did the third look there at the end
29:42I always like curves
29:43so that's what you see in the shoulder detail
29:45how it comes up and it wraps around
29:47and that kind of reflects the metal that wraps around the headlight
29:50it's gorgeous
29:51thank you
29:52I think it's styled by design
29:54I do see these on the red carpet
29:55I see them on the cover of magazines
29:57clavicles of the new cleavage
29:58you paid attention to the woman's body
30:00which was really exciting
30:01I plan on not eating this evening to fit into that one
30:06I'm so impressed
30:07I think you captured the car
30:09you captured luxury
30:10I like how you played with lines using the chevroning
30:13it's fabulous
30:15I love that I can immediately tell the reference to the car
30:19it looks fast
30:20it's got the curves
30:21and it's very hard for me to think
30:23those are placements and that's rice
30:25it looks like you guys just went to mood and picked some fabric
30:30if only
30:31yeah, if only, right?
30:32all right
30:33Alexandria, Ken, Sue, please tell me about your collection
30:37we used placemats
30:39will you speak up a little bit?
30:40I'm sorry
30:41there was some drawer liner placemats
30:43what else was there?
30:44there's duct tape
30:45and a vinyl curtain cover, right?
30:49you don't have more to tell us?
30:50like what is this collection about?
30:52which one did you do?
30:53do you have a little bit more to add to that?
30:56we tried to create a modern and edgy look for the woman that we were designing for
31:01Zach, what do you think?
31:02to me the material choice is bad
31:04the sewing is bad
31:05and the taste is bad
31:06on all three
31:07and the whole thing as a collection really doesn't sit well together
31:10you guys feel that there's a lot of structure here
31:13I feel the opposite
31:15I think there's a lot of haphazard draping
31:18it feels not very thought out
31:21she looks like she has a band of duct tape around her
31:23maybe it is duct tape, is it?
31:25it is duct tape
31:26it is duct tape
31:27and because you're using these materials that are so bringing disco to the daytime
31:30that are so not wearable
31:31I would expect a little bit more enthusiasm and more fantasy
31:35and maybe that would have saved you if you had some conviction about what it is that you were selling
31:39I hate to say this, I'm so sorry but like one third of the team doesn't know how to sew or make a pattern
31:46this is Project Broadway
31:47who does not know how to sew on your team? Sue?
31:49Sue
31:50well I know how to sew differently
31:52how did you get here if you don't know how to sew?
31:53I don't know
31:54I don't know how I even sewed a single piece in my life but no excuses
31:57I had a different plan, didn't want to step on anyone's toes
32:00I wanted group harmony, that was the most important thing so we could move forward together
32:03the one thing I don't understand is that it was hand-basted
32:06why it wasn't sewn on a machine
32:08so that, that, that, that, that is a
32:10simply because for perfection I always hand-based first
32:13we don't have time for perfection for eight hours
32:15I have to say something, I know we were all focusing on Sue
32:18but these two are not good either
32:20this skirt looks badly made
32:22the vest is kind of an odd shape
32:24it's bad altogether
32:26it's Mina Garcia coming back
32:28it is, it's just that we're like harping on this girl
32:31which, yes, this is bad Sue
32:33but this is all bad
32:34I didn't know that you can sew
32:36well none of you can sew
32:38I mean they can all go home
32:39it was challenging
32:41and I think that under the circumstances we did the best we could
32:45under the circumstances that every other person in this challenge is under
32:50correct
32:51I, I, I, I
32:53honestly at the end of the day
32:54Sue's model finished and completed this look
32:57when we left out of the workroom
32:59she didn't have anything going
33:00and she came out of the bathroom
33:02and it was sewn together
33:05so
33:06that's the first thing I thought when I saw it
33:08that it looked like
33:09oh my god we're out of time
33:11let's finish
33:12it feels exactly what you said at the end
33:15rushed, panicked
33:16it's painful
33:17so there it is
33:19one of you will be going home tonight
33:21Ken, in your eyes
33:23who should it be?
33:24I believe Sue
33:26sorry
33:27Alexandria, what do you think?
33:29it's, it's hard because
33:30there, there's a, there's a work element to it too
33:33there's walking on glass with one person here
33:36and then there's an easy going person to work with
33:38so on a...
33:39walking on glass
33:40there's no time for the drama
33:42there's no time to argue
33:44and you just wanna pet the cat and just make it calm
33:47so I don't know
33:48but personally I think small details like the hemling makes the collection
33:52and I did voice my opinion for things like that
33:55you wanted to hire...
33:56I try, I'm speaking
33:57I tried communicating with Alexandra and Sue
34:03I would be ignored
34:05I don't believe that, I mean, I'm making it uneasy for you to work
34:09can I, can I speak?
34:11I don't have to prove anything to anyone
34:13I, I can sew in my way
34:15and it's slow
34:16and in the end it's perfect
34:20we've heard what you had to say
34:21we're gonna take a closer look at the clothes
34:23and then I'm gonna call you back onto the runway
34:26now you can leave the runway
34:27thank you
34:39I felt like I trusted both of you
34:43and, you know, um
34:46but you weren't expecting them to carry you along were you?
34:49no, not at all
34:50I mean, they volunteered to help me out
34:52and in the end
34:53it's different from birthing a child in the world
34:56and breastfeeding them Sue
34:58I think that, um
34:59I'm speaking so I need you to be quiet
35:02because I'm furious with you right now
35:04okay
35:05I'm just gonna say it in silence
35:07I don't want anybody to feel uncomfortable
35:10and I don't want anybody to feel like they're walking on glass
35:12and they have to pet the kitty
35:14but I'm not about to sugarcoat anything
35:16because of nobody's feelings
35:20hi, Heidi
35:21a lot of drama again this week
35:23oh, please
35:24you've only seen the tip of the iceberg
35:25uh, uh
35:26let me tell you about
35:28Ken, Alexandria, and Sue
35:30what happened here?
35:31those three designers
35:33pushed every button in me
35:35I lost it
35:36oh my god
35:37so passive-aggressive
35:38and we've never had a model leave the workroom in her own clothes
35:41and that was Sue
35:43Ji Young, were you really sewing?
35:45hi
35:46hi
35:47what did you sew?
35:48this is your hair
35:49here
35:50so this was falling off?
35:51and you just
35:52yeah
35:53well, she didn't want to be here naked
35:54oh, so your whole chest was exposed?
35:56you know what?
36:00this is nicely constructed
36:01this doesn't look so bad
36:02at least there's some clean seams on this
36:04and some sewing
36:05yeah
36:06and some shaping
36:07and the ruching is very nice
36:08I want to speak up for Alexandria
36:09because she tried to get the team together
36:11right
36:12and she really was the one forcing a conversation
36:15she seemed a little scared of Ken
36:20he was a very intimidating presence
36:22I have to say
36:23I felt intimidated
36:24but he didn't show that cockiness when he was out here
36:26because he knew his outfit
36:27he's just not
36:28to me this is really unfortunate
36:29oh, this is duct tape the whole thing?
36:30it's duct tape together
36:31yes!
36:32so there's no sewing
36:33this dress is fabric
36:35so he covered the fabric
36:36that I said you can't do with duct tape
36:38oh
36:41why don't we look at some beauty
36:43let's look at beauty
36:44let's look at beauty
36:45it looks like fabric
36:46it's crazy
36:47the way he explained this outfit
36:49it was such passion
36:50it was such passion
36:51it was a passionate team
36:52he made a really baboomy shape on her
36:54and it really feels automotive
36:59I like this too
37:00look at the coconut
37:01is that the coconut?
37:03yes
37:04coconut shaving
37:05coconut
37:06see this is good mixed media
37:07and I love that it's mod
37:08I love the 60's
37:09and it makes sense
37:10with all of these different materials
37:11and it was supposed to look luxe
37:13and this looks luxe
37:14yes
37:17let's have a look at Kate's
37:18wow
37:19and I mean look how she gets the fit
37:20in this rigid material
37:22your booty looks good
37:24your booty looks good
37:25I know you're laughing
37:26this is crazy beautiful
37:27I mean it's 24 hour couture

37:42pretty unanimously
37:43yes
37:44we just have to be fair
37:45we have to look at the garment
37:46which one is the weakest garment
37:48and I think we made our decision
37:49let's bring them back out

39:04About bloody time.
39:06Alexandria, Ken, Sue, your collection
39:10had no clear point of view.
39:12He gave us three of the same bad outfits.
39:16Sue.
39:21You're out.
39:25Auf Wiedersehen.
39:28This was kind of a downer, because it's just very frustrating
39:31to not be showing my best.
39:33There will be challenges in the future
39:35that I think I could shine a lot more,
39:38and that's what I wish could be different.
39:39But I have to accept it.
39:41Save.
39:42No.
39:43Well, no.
39:43I can get sleep, though.
39:45You cannot save.
39:47But, like, a lot of the stuff, you know,
39:51I gripe and I joke about it, but, um...
39:53It's hard.
39:54Yeah.
39:55You've done a fantastic job.
39:57Yeah.

41:41Camping trip. It's a glamping trip. I hate being outdoors
41:49All I see is pregnant fairy strapped to a shiny harness it looks like a kid's drawing
41:57She looks trashy to me. Is she going to the rodeo or is she going to the beach? I had written frog queen
42:03I have something very important to say
42:10You
