When we started G2 Ops, Inc. Ops, people asked why a small company thought it could compete on the Navy's hardest engineering problems. Eight Inc. 5000 appearances later — including #24 in defense and aerospace — I think we've answered that question. But what I'm most proud of isn't the rankings. It's what's happening right now: We're growing our team past 160 engineers and analysts. We're deepening our work on programs like PMW 770, NAVWAR 5.0, and Overmatch. We built three internal products — SOFIA, MONARCH, and IRIS — because our engineers saw gaps in how the Navy does analytics, model-based systems engineering, and ICS resiliency, and they decided to close them. We were among the first defense contractors to earn CMMC Level 2 certification. Not because a prime told us to — because our customers' data deserves it. G2 Ops isn't waiting to be discovered. We're building something that matters — one contract, one product, and one great hire at a time. Proud of this team.
