Plain text. Simple bullets. No design elements. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀: Your ATS might be silently rejecting your ideal candidates. The most qualified person for your role could have been filtered out last week without you ever knowing. The result?
