Summary

Automated recruitment marketing uses AI and automation tools to streamline recruiting tasks like outreach, sourcing, and candidate matching, allowing recruiters to focus more on building relationships and strategy. By automating repetitive workflows, recruiters can reach more candidates with personalized messages, save time, and stay competitive in a fast-moving talent market.

  • Personalize outreach: Use AI to craft unique messages for each candidate, making your communication more relevant and increasing reply rates.
  • Automate workflows: Set up systems that handle resume screening, contact finding, and campaign management so you can spend more time connecting with candidates and clients.

My colleagues just wrapped early testing of our auto-campaign feature — and the results surprised even me. The setup: 👉 They tested hyper-personalized AI-generated outreach at scale. The AI crafts unique messages for each candidate based on their background, the role, and the company context. The results: ✅ 2–8x more interested candidates compared to generic outreach ✅ 90% reduction in time spent per positive response ✅ Recruiters eliminated tedious message crafting while actually improving quality One recruiter said: "I was skeptical. I thought AI-generated messages would feel robotic. But candidates are responding MORE because the messages are actually MORE relevant to their experience." The lesson: 💡 The right AI doesn’t replace human judgment — it amplifies what good recruiters already know matters: personalization, relevance, and timing. After 20+ years in this industry, I’ve learned that successful technology adoption isn’t about adding tools — it’s about removing friction so experts can focus on expertise. Now this is scaling from a handful of clients to a full launch. The goal? Let recruiters spend their time on strategy and relationships, not repetitive campaign creation. What repetitive tasks would you eliminate if you could? Drop a comment. #ExecutiveSearch #AI #TalentTech #Innovation #Recruiting #FutureOfWork

Landing 1.8M+ cold emails/month in the inbox at Grow Surely

Most staffing agencies struggle to book sales calls. (Here's how our clients book 3-5 per week) The number 1 mistake staffing agencies make: They blast generic emails to random companies. That's the hard way. Cold outreach, no context, ignored messages. Instead, target companies actively hiring. - They have immediate needs. - Budget is already approved. - Much warmer prospects. Here's my exact process: Step 1: Find fresh job postings in Clay - Scrape LinkedIn job posts (max 20 days old). - Fresh postings = active hiring. - Most recruiters miss this timing. Step 2: Identify the actual recruiter - Clay finds who posted each job. - Skip HR generalists, find hiring managers. - This is your secret weapon. Step 3: Qualify with your ICP - Visit company websites to confirm fit. - Check if you can actually fulfill the role. - Most agencies skip this step. Step 4: AI-powered qualification - Create a prompt that returns yes/no. - Filters based on your capabilities. - Only pursue winnable deals. Step 5: Enrich and validate contacts - Find all emails using waterfall enrichment. - Validate with email verification tools. - Clean data = better deliverability. Step 6: AI-powered job personalization - Anthropic API analyzes job descriptions. - Creates personalized lines about specific roles. - Looks like you wrote each email manually. Step 7: Push to campaigns - Load everything into Instantly.ai via API. - Send job-specific emails at scale. Results speak for themselves. This isn't generic recruiting outreach. It's job-specific intelligence. Your prospects think: "This person actually read our job posting." That's the difference between 2% and 15% reply rates.

Scaling Oracle ERP Practices | Oracle Talent Strategy | Oracle Consulting & Delivery | Managed Services | Oracle GCC | AI Automation

A few years ago, if someone had asked me about APIs, AI agents, or workflow automation, I probably wouldn't have had much to say. I'm not a developer. I'm an Oracle ERP recruiter. Over the years, I realized recruiters spend too much time on repetitive tasks screening resumes, writing the same emails, preparing reports, searching for contacts, and tracking jobs. So I started asking myself one question: Can this be automated? That question changed everything. Today, I'm building simple AI workflows that help recruiters work smarter: - Resume screening against job descriptions - Sales workflows that find leads and prepare outreach - Automated reports that replace manual spreadsheets The goal isn't to replace recruiters. It's to eliminate repetitive work so we can spend more time building relationships and helping clients find the right talent. I'm still learning every day, and that's what makes this journey exciting. Every recruiting team has at least one repetitive process that can be automated. If you're working through one, I'd love to hear about it and exchange ideas. #RecruitmentAutomation #AIAutomation #Recruiting #Staffing #Recruitment #WorkflowAutomation #ArtificialIntelligence #NoCode #BusinessAutomation #OracleERP #ERPRecruitment #HRTech

Godfather of Talent Sourcing. I teach recruiters to find the talent everyone else misses. Founder, TSIUniversity.com

I automated my recruiting job. 🤖 True Confessions: recruiters may be terrified to admit this, but here's the truth: I've systematically automated 60% of my repetitive, mind-numbing, tedious sourcing workflows using AI browser agents. Not "assisted." Automated. While you're still crafting Boolean strings and scrolling LinkedIn, AI agents are building pipelines autonomously. The uncomfortable question isn't whether this technology works but if you'll master it before your competitors do. 💡 What Nobody's Saying: I just published the final part of my 4-part series on AI Browser Sourcing. The conclusion reveals a 30-day implementation playbook that delivers measurable results without permission, pilots, or six-month roadmaps. What most TA teams miss? By 2026, companies still dependent on traditional recruiting platforms will pay premium prices for shrinking candidate pools. The best talent isn't updating LinkedIn, they're busy participating where they are at home, welcome and valued. Will you be able to find them? Not if you search the same flat, out-of-date walled gardens. And yeah, that includes your tired ATS and your shallow CRM, both as you know already irreversibly polluted with human error, stale information, fake candidates, huge data gaps (canyons?), inconsistencies, lack of depth and duplicate profiles that artificially inflate your "pipeline" metrics. 🚀 The Implementation Reality My free playbook covers: Week 1: Foundation metrics (measuring what actually matters) Week 2: Agentic workflows that surface candidates competitors can't find Week 3: Shadow workspace deployment (pipeline building while you sleep) Week 4: Strategic measurement and 300-500% ROI projection This isn't about doing more research. It's about orchestrating research so you can focus on strategic work that moves the needle for you, your team, your company, and your personal brand. Don't survive, THRIVE! 🎯 The Strategic Question: Are you a search operator or a strategic advisor? TA leaders who thrive in the next decade will embrace AI for research while doubling down on uniquely human capabilities: strategic thinking, innovation, intuition, optimization, connection, relationship building. Resist, and they'll spend 2026 explaining why their pipeline continues to shrinking while competitors continue to fill roles faster and with less budget. Read the full article. And download the free AI Browser Sourcing Toolkit: https://lnkd.in/eCTrC77z Then tell me... what's your biggest hesitation about implementing AI-powered sourcing? Drop it in the comments. I'll address the top concerns directly. #TalentSourcing #AIRecruiting #AIBrowsers #TalentAcquisition

A boutique recruiting firm closed $250,000 in contracts in under two months, once we ran both sides of their market through the same system   They're one of the most respected in the US. Engineers come to them looking for a new role. Companies come to them looking for talent.   In practice, that meant doing all of this by hand:   👉 Matching the right candidate to the right company, on every open role 👉 Reaching out, following up, and tracking every conversation, on both sides 👉 Running two full processes at once, with nothing connecting them   By the time they got back to someone, that person had already moved on.   So we built a system that runs both sides automatically.   Here's what we built 👇   1 - Capture the candidate conversation 👉 Every candidate call is recorded by Fireflies.ai and Granola. Claude Code processes the transcript and extracts structured data straight into Google Sheets. No manual entry.   2 - Enrich and personalise the outbound 👉 From Sheets, Clay takes over. Apify, Sculptor, and Juicebox scrape companies actively hiring for that role in that location. Clay AI finds the right decision maker and writes a personalised first line for every contact.   3 - Send it like it's coming from him 👉 Outreach goes out through EmailBison on email and through the client's own LinkedIn account, so every message reads like it came from him directly.   4 - Run the same system in reverse 👉 When a company sends a job order, the flow flips. Clay sources engineers who match the role, outreach goes out, and replies get tracked the same way.   5 - Categorise and route every reply 👉 AI sorts every incoming reply. Positive ones hit @Slack in real time and get logged straight into Loops, the client's CRM.   The recruiter only steps in when someone is ready to talk.   That system turned into real revenue.   ✅ $250k in contracts ✅ 5 deals signed ✅ First contract closed in 2 weeks   Working both sides of a market usually means splitting time and attention across two manual processes. Here, one system ran both at once, which is what let a boutique operation close six figures without adding headcount.

  • The old way: Manual screening of thousands of CVs. The new way: #Agentforce. Capita's contact centre job listings attract tens of thousands of applications. Customers need those centres staffed up fast. But manual workflows have slowed the process, impacting candidates and customers. That’s why Capita's recruitment-as-a-service will use Salesforce Agentforce #AI agents to automate candidate matching and engagement. So they can help their customers fill business-critical roles – fast. Agentforce will help Capita quickly transform the recruitment process by autonomously taking action on early-stage tasks, such as enabling candidates to find jobs that fit their needs, assessing thousands of CVs in seconds, and narrowing the candidate pool for a potential match. For example, a recent graduate might come to Capita’s website looking for a position. Agentforce will ask what they’re looking for, prompt them to upload their CV, instantly analyse it, and suggest relevant roles. Once they apply, Agentforce can then suggest next steps for the human recruiter, helping them move qualified candidates through the hiring process faster — a significant advantage for businesses that need to keep thousands of roles filled or staff up quickly for holiday seasons and peak campaigns. There’s a lot of talk about recruiters being ‘replaced’ by AI. AI can’t replicate expert recruiters’ skills. However, recruiters should not waste time on tasks that should be automated by now. Off the top of my head: KICK-OFF MEETING: For new or tough roles, recruiters should lead hiring manager meetings. AI tools like BrightHire, Metaview or Screenloop can transcribe, summarize, and allocate tasks. TALENT MARKET RESEARCH: AI-powered tech like Poetry or Horsefly can deliver labor market insights and competitor analysis. Recruiters don’t need to Google this anymore. JOB DESCRIPTION WRITING: Use AI tools like Poetry or RoleMapper which deeply understand your company context. Hiring managers can review and refine. #RECRUITMENTMARKETING: AI products like Poetry, which understand your #EmployerBrand, tone-of-voice and existing assets can turn JDs into job ads and create social posts, colleague stories and personas while aligning with brand guidelines. JOB AD DISTRIBUTION: AI-powered tools like Adway or VONQ automate audience targeting, pricing and distrobution. TALENT SOURCING: Poetry creates Boolean strings, outreach messages, and objection handling scripts. Tools like Dripify distribute messages effectively. RESUME SCREENING: Activate resume-matching features in your ATS. If unavailable, get a new ATS or implement a tool like Textkernel. INTERVIEW SCHEDULING: It's 2025. Automate scheduling with tools like Cronofy to free up coordinators for higher-value tasks. INTERVIEW QUESTIONS: AI tools like Poetry can create role-specific, on-brand interview questions for recruiter and hiring manager review. CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT: Use prebuilt assessments from providers like Arctic Shores instead of designing them from scratch. OFFER MANAGEMENT: Leverage your ATS for offer automation, references, and compliance tasks. For senior and critical hires, recruiters should personally call with the good news, address objections and then hand over to hiring managers. Key observation - your approach will vary according to various criteria, summarized crudely as follows: In-Demand Talent (when skills are scarce or for senior hires): Recruiters should prioritize relationship building and strategy. Tools like Poetry handle time-intensive tasks like outreach and intelligence gathering. Candidate Surplus: AI and automation can manage most workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency.

Recruiters: "AI will never replace human touch in hiring" Meanwhile, only 10% of recruiters are "radical AI enthusiasts." That's a massive opportunity gap. The companies taking AI in hiring seriously are 10x'ing their hiring efficiency. Everyone else? Sitting on the sidelines. 7 AI tools transforming TA in 2025: 1. Kula: All-in-one AI hiring ATS ➕ Cuts recruiting ops time by 60%. ➖ Still early adoption phase, reporting depth catching up to more established platforms. 2. Scotty AI: Conversational recruiting assistant ➕ Reduces recruiter workload by 70%. ➖ Few public case studies available, can feel impersonal for complex roles requiring nuanced evaluation. 3. Skima AI: Recruiter-centric platform ➕ Makes sourcing as easy as asking a question. ➖ Very new to market (less than 2 years), so limited customer reviews. 4. Viterbit/MIA Recruiter: EU-focused AI assistant. ➕ Built specifically for European recruiters. ➖ Primarily Spanish-language focus, which may limit usefulness in other European markets. 5. Spott (YC W25) - YC-backed AI-native ATS ➕ Designed for modern, fast-moving teams. ➖ Early-stage startup with sparse reviews outside the US market, but one to watch! 6. HeyMilo AI: Voice & chat screening platform ➕ Screens 100+ candidates while you sleep. ➖ Niche tool (screening only) that may struggle with technical interviews requiring deep domain expertise. 7. Gigged.AI: AI talent marketplace ➕ Fills roles in days, not weeks. ➖ Not built for full-time recruitment, so limited if you're hiring permanent employees. AI doesn't replace recruiters. It eliminates the grunt work so you can focus on: - Building relationships - Selling your company - Making better hiring decisions Companies using AI in hiring see: - Recruiters spend 75% more time on relationship-building vs. admin - One recruiter can manage 3x more open roles - Fill niche/hard-to-hire roles 60% faster - Reduce dependency on expensive external recruiters Ready to put in place a hiring blueprint that works?
