I mapped 120+ hotel tech companies across 14 categories onto a single page. Here's the full 2026 hotel tech stack, organised the way it actually works. Most hotels run a dozen tools and have never seen them laid out together. So I built the map. Every category, the credible players in each, in the order a hotel actually adopts them. Here's how it breaks down: 1. The core: Your PMS sits at the centre, everything else plugs into it. Get this right first, because every other decision depends on it. Examples include: Mews, Cloudbeds, Oracle Hospitality, Apaleo, Stayntouch 2. The revenue layer: -> Revenue management: is the brain. It tells you what price to charge for each room, on each night, based on demand signals, competitor rates, booking pace, and historical data Examples include: IDeaS Revenue Solutions, Duetto, RoomPriceGenie -> Channel management: is the distributor. It takes that rate and pushes it out to all the places where rooms are sold: Examples include: SiteMinder, D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions -> And your booking engine captures the guests who come direct, without paying OTA commission. Examples include: The Hotels Network, Triptease, Profitroom. 3. The guest layer: Everything the guest actually touches. Messaging and guest experience: Examples include: Canary Technologies, Duve, Bookboost, Asksuite Reputation Management: Examples include: TrustYou,Shiji Reviewpro Reputation GuestRevu 4. The operations layer:i ncl The tools your team lives in but guests never see. Housekeeping and staff ops, payments, business intelligence, smart room and access. Examples include: Unifocus, hotelkit, Alice by Actabl, Flexkeeping. Business intelligence: the layer that tells you how the whole operation is actually performing. Examples include: Lighthouse, Actabl, Juyo Analytics, M3 (Full map below. Save it for your next stack review.) P.S. Which ones would you add?

Just returned from Jaipur, and I’m still in awe of the city’s hospitality and vibrant food scene. The Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar left a lasting impression, particularly with their restaurant, Shrot (meaning "source" or "origin"). They’re doing something special by focusing on local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, moving beyond the typical Rajasthani fare. Some standout dishes: - Pratapdhan Chicken Curry – bursting with unique flavours - Sangri and Mawa Kebab – a delightful surprise - Their 70% Madagascar chocolate thins with paan powder left me impressed! What truly struck me wasn’t just the food—it was how they seamlessly blended luxury with authentic, local experiences. From thoughtfully curated amenities to connections with nearby attractions like the Jhalana Safari Park, everything felt perfectly designed to offer something unique. Jaipur’s hospitality scene is certainly setting new standards by combining tradition with innovation. If you’re heading to Jaipur, whether for business or leisure, make sure to explore the city’s evolving culinary offerings—it’s well worth it! #india #culture #hospitality #inspiration #happiness #gratitude

Headline : Looking for different kind of Chefs, more innovative, more focussed, more well read, more experimentative and with a soul to create : India is on the verge of a Food and Beverage revolution and while stand alone restaurants have joined the revolution, a lot of hotels are losing the culinary edge due to lack of innovation. The buffets are getting larger with more variety but less innovation and taste. This is where we need to innovate. At The Postcard Hotel we just concluded a 5 day workshop with chefs from all our hotels which focussed on getting culinary excellence right. Think of us as a culinary research centre and lets look at breakfast dishes inspired from different regions of India. 1. Sali par Eedu from The Postcard Gir Wildlife Sanctuary Traditional Parsi eggs, fried potato straws, onions, tomatoes and chilli with pav 2. Kadala curry Puttu - The Postcard Mandalay Hall Kochi Black chickpeas cooked in roasted coconut gravy, paired with steamed, ground rice cake 3. Gondo Datshi - The Postcard Dewa, Thimpu, Bhutan Scrambled eggs with local cheese, served on a homemade multigrain bread Choice of Shakam l Sikam l Chicken sausage l Pork sausage 4. Pani Pitha from The Postcard in the Durrung Estate Tea Estate, Assam Rice flour pancakes served with house-made jam and jaggery sauce 5. Ros Omelette from The Postcard Saligao, Goa A classic Goan street-style omelette with a spiced chicken curry and garlic poee 6. Neer Dosa and Fish Rasa from The Postcard on the Arabian Sea, Marvanthe Beach A light dosa prepared with tender coconut water and Kingfish curry. 7. Egg Hopper from The Postcard Galle, Sri Lanka Nested egg in coconut milk and rice based crispy crepe with sambal and coconut curry. 8. Zathuk from The Postcard in the Himalayan Willows, Leh Roased barley flour with zatsod ( nettle leaves) and churpe Sounds delicious ? Most chefs would not even know half of these dishes or even if they have heard about these, do not know how to cook it. We are building a culture which encourages innovation, where a chef can make his own menu, spend days in the pre-opening stage researching food and yet not be bored while running operations. If you are already an Executive Chef, it will be difficult for you to unlearn, maybe you could, but if you are a commis or a CDP or a Junior Sous Chef and your CV has shown stability without frequent job changes, then do apply, we would love to meet you. We are opening 7 new hotels this year in new regions, the opportunities for learning will be endless, all it needs is the passion and courage to choose a different path, like we have done to build the world's highest ranked chain on guest satisfaction at 9.6 voted by our guests who have stayed with us in just 6 years and we are just getting started. If you think you or your friend can make the cut, apply to Bijay.Thakur@postcardresorts.com with the subject line : Food Visionary This is a different video, not of breakfast but makes the point!

When I travel for work, I often carry an entire digital ecosystem with me – from my Galaxy smartphone to my work laptop and tablet to keep me connected and productive. However, for most hotels, there is a missed opportunity to create a more cohesive and connected experience with the devices that guests are expected to bring, and the devices and displays in rooms and facilities. Creating a seamless digital experience can be a game-changer in the hospitality space when guests are increasingly looking for elevated experiences that can be personalized to their digital lives. This is why I am excited to share that we recently partnered with @The Apurva Kempinski Bali, an iconic Balinese luxury resort, to rethink their guest journey from the inside out using Samsung’s displays, devices and services. Our ambition: Going beyond the lobby and staff, to truly deliver five-star experiences through every screen, device and touch point. Today, rooms in The Apurva Kempinski Bali are equipped with Samsung’s latest Hospitality TVs where guests can stream content directly from their Android smartphones and other devices via the built in Google Cast without the need for dongles, cables and extra login steps. Using Samsung’s hospitality management solution LYNK Cloud, the hotel can connect guests with up-to-date information and services across the property centrally. Every time guests enter their rooms, they are greeted with personalized welcome messages, timely recommendations and even order in-room and hotel services. Across the property, hotel staff operate TVs and other displays centrally through LYNK Cloud to provide updated information to guests as well as ensure consistent brand experiences across a myriad of displays. This is a great example of how Samsung is co-creating integrated, future-ready digital experiences with operators and owners in the ever-competitive hospitality sector. I invite you to read more about this case study and reimagine how technology can elevate hospitality experiences: https://lnkd.in/giEs_c-3 #Samsung #Hospitality #ConnectedExperiences

Boom is a two-year-old AI-powered hospitality management platform whose latest funding round is a shot across the bow for every CXM platform with a foot in hospitality. The Bay Area-based company just raised $12.7 million to weave AI into the operational fabric of hotels. If you recall, Medallia started with Hilton as its first customer, so this is a particularly interesting story to follow. Boom isn't offering a chatbot in the lobby. On the contrary, they're promising conversational AI, hyper‑personalization, and predictive analytics that can learn, adapt, and autonomously manage complex tasks. Why does this matter for Qualtrics, Medallia, Sprinklr, and every other CXM vendor with hospitality clients? Because the data plumbing and decision‑making layers are moving deeper into the hotel. They're not going to live on a dashboard or inside a GenAI capability that a hotel manager uses to automatically generate a response to a low-NPS guest. This stuff will go by the way of the dodo bird. Imagine what this could look like: At Hilton, their Watson‑powered concierge “Connie” (now nearly 10 years old) answers questions about amenities and local restaurants. With Boom's AI capability, Connie could remember your running route from your last stay, pre-book your gym slot, and push a personalized offer through your loyalty app before you even unpack. Marriott Hotels has tested in‑room voice assistants that let guests control lighting and temperature. Layer predictive analytics on top, and the system could anticipate when you typically request room service, ask if you’d like your favorite snack delivered, and feed that behavior back into Qualtrics or Medallia for real‑time NPS tracking if you're into that sort of thing. Here’s how hospitality brands can turn this technology into magic: Connect your feedback loop. Integrate AI‑driven interactions with your CXM platform so every guest preference and sentiment automatically informs product and service tweaks. Train employees to be AI translators. Your staff should know how to interpret AI signals and add the human touch, whether it’s a concierge upselling a spa package or a manager smoothing out a glitch. Pilot, then scale. Start with a single property or service (e.g., check‑in) and use tiger teams to refine the experience before rolling it out chain‑wide. Frankly, I think Boom is ripe for a CXM provider looking for a nice tuck-in acquisition to boost their action-focused future and valuation. Because the future is not about delivering thermometers. The future is about enabling action at scale. Boom’s vision hints at a future where hotel stays feel bespoke at scale. If you were running Hilton or Marriott’s CX program, what’s one AI‑driven experience you’d implement tomorrow? #customerexperience #hospitality #ai #futureofwork #cxm #saas

Lately, I was sitting with a hotel GM, poring over the monthly numbers. All was good, profitability, revenue growth, cost metrices But then came the F&B report—a story of missed opportunities. It wasn’t that guests weren’t spending; they were just spending somewhere else. The problem? Guests loved the local taste in the market, and try that instead of identical hotel menus. They were flocaking to a trendy cocktail bar with Instagrammable drinks, and the buzzing local café offering live music on weekends. The truth hit hard: We weren’t just competing for heads in beds; we were competing for plates and glasses too. We brainstormed the ideas to reclaim our fair share of the guest’s wallet and came across few time tested options: 1. Curate Experiences, Not Just Menus Guests crave stories. Host a wine night featuring bottles from local vineyards or a chef’s table with dishes inspired by the region’s flavors. Make dining more than just a meal—make it a memory. 2. Partner with, Not Against, Local Attractions The café next door doesn’t have to be your enemy. Collaborate with them for exclusive guest perks: free dessert with dinner, a signature cocktail, or a voucher included in the room rate. When you work together, everyone wins. 3. Leverage Convenience Without Feeling "Corporate" In-room dining has a reputation for being uninspired and overpriced. Break the mold. Offer picnic baskets for guests heading to the beach or late-night snacks tailored to their Netflix binges. 4. Know Your Audience Families, solo travelers, couples—they all want different things. Maybe your rooftop bar transforms into a family movie night on Sundays. Or your breakfast menu includes quick grab-and-go options for business travelers. Tailor your offerings to their needs. Here’s the thing: When guests have an unforgettable dining experience at your hotel, they’re more likely to return—not just to eat, but to stay. They’ll remember the rooftop view, the friendly server, and the local flavors. And they’ll associate all of that with your property. So, if your F&B numbers are lagging, don’t just ask why guests are leaving. Ask how you can make them want to stay. And if you can meet them where they are, you won’t just win their dollars. You’ll win their hearts.

In China, I experienced the future of hospitality — and it rolled right up to my hotel door. Meet the Keenon delivery robot — one of the world’s leading AI-powered service robots transforming how hotels and restaurants operate. Here’s what blew me away 👇🏾 - Keenon robots use LiDAR mapping, AI navigation, and elevator integration to move autonomously between floors — no human escort needed. - They’re already in over 60 countries and more than 600 cities worldwide, from high-end hotels in Shanghai to restaurants in Japan and Europe. - A single robot can reduce repetitive staff tasks by up to 90% while improving delivery speed and guest satisfaction. - The system even calls your room when it arrives — creating seamless, contactless service that feels effortless. This is how technology can enrich experiences, create convenience, and elevate service quality — especially in industries built around human comfort. Keenon is showing the world what’s possible when robotics meets hospitality. And I can’t help but think… the Caribbean could use this same level of innovation to enhance our own tourism and guest experiences. #keenon #HospitalityInnovation #AI #Robotics

Food for thought: Why F&B might be a core business driver? As traveler expectations evolve, F&B is becoming an asset to driving revenue, increasing guest dwell time, strengthening brand differentiation, and attracting local customers With 60% of global travelers dining at hotels even when not staying overnight and guest spending rising by up to 20% in properties with destination-worthy dining concepts (Skift x Accor F&B Trends Report 2025), investing in F&B led experiences is a strategic move. Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy brands are capitalizing on this opportunity to create F&B spaces that, above dining, are capitalizing on underutilized areas while attracting both guests and locals: 🔹 ibis Charlie’s Corner, Barcelona transforms lobbies into dynamic coworking and dining hubs, increasing footfall and revenue. 🔹 Novotel Warszawa Centrum refines comfort-driven, healthy dining options to align with evolving guest expectations. 🔹 Grand Mercure Phuket Patong turns dining into a cultural experience, engaging guests with immersive and local flavors. Investing in building spaces with unique F&B concepts is a way to enhance guest experience, driving new profit streams and reinforcing their market positioning for our Partners & Owners. #FeelThePulse #Accor #HospitalityBusiness #FBStrategy #CulinaryTourism #HotelInvestment #Mercure #ibis #Novotel

The Power of Dining: Why Hotel Sales Teams should Entertain Clients more often? In the world of hospitality, building strong relationships with clients is essential. While it may seem like a simple act, inviting clients to share a meal can be a game-changer for hotel sales teams. Here's why showcasing food and service through dining experiences is a strategic move: 1. Building Rapport: Sharing a meal creates a relaxed atmosphere, allowing clients and sales teams to connect on a personal level. An opportunity to know about his interests. It's an opportunity to build rapport, discuss business, and strengthen the relationship. The undivided attention which you can get from the clients may not always be possible when you visit him or her at their office. 2. Showcasing Culinary Excellence: Dining in a hotel's restaurant is a perfect way to showcase the culinary expertise of the establishment. It's a chance to highlight the diverse menu, exceptional flavors, and top-notch presentation, leaving a lasting impression on clients. Needless to add that hotel inspection always helps to refresh the product in clients mind. Please make sure you introduce the client with the Sales Leader, GM, FB Director and Chef if appropriate. Clients always feel special if given the attention and importance. 3. Immersing in the Experience: By inviting clients to dine at the hotel, sales teams allow them to immerse themselves in the full guest experience. This firsthand encounter with the quality of service, ambiance, and hospitality can be persuasive. 4. Customization and Personalization: Offering a meal enables the team to tailor the experience to the client's preferences, making them feel valued and appreciated. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to meeting their unique needs. 5. Business Opportunities: Many significant business decisions are made during mealtime conversations. A relaxed setting encourages open discussions, making it an ideal platform for closing deals, negotiations, and exploring new opportunities. 6. Memorable Experiences: Positive dining experiences leave a lasting impression, which clients are likely to share with their network. Word-of-mouth recommendations can lead to more business in the future. In the world of hospitality sales, wining and dining clients is more than just a courtesy; it's a strategic approach to building relationships, showcasing the hotel's offerings, and ultimately, driving business growth. So, the next time you're considering how to impress a client, think of the power of a well-prepared meal in a beautiful hotel setting.
