Stop buying CRM add-ons. Most sales teams don't have a CRM problem. They have a workflow problem. Companies spend thousands on CRM extensions. Lead scoring. Meeting summaries. Prospect research. Email drafting. Follow-up reminders. Pipeline insights. Many of those jobs no longer need another CRM plugin. A small AI stack can handle them faster and with less complexity. Here are the 5 tools I'd hand every sales team first: 1.ChatGPT Use it to research prospects, write personalised outreach, summarise calls, and prepare for meetings. It becomes the assistant every rep wishes they had. 2.Perplexity Perfect for company research. Before every sales call, your team can quickly understand funding, leadership changes, competitors, and recent news. Better context creates better conversations. 3.Clay Instead of manually enriching lead lists, Clay pulls company data, contact details, buying signals, and automates prospect research. Hours of manual work disappear. 4.Fireflies AI Every meeting is recorded, transcribed, and searchable. No more missing action items. No more messy notes. Your entire team stays aligned. 5.Apollo Prospecting, contact discovery, outreach, and sequencing in one place. A simple way to build a healthy pipeline without juggling multiple tools. Here's what happens when these tools work together: → Reps spend less time updating systems. → Managers get cleaner data. → Follow-ups happen faster. → Research improves. → Selling becomes the priority again. Technology should remove work. Not create more of it. Before buying another CRM add-on, ask one question: "Can AI already solve this?" In many cases, the answer is yes. ♻️ Repost if your sales team spends more time updating tools than selling. 🔔 Follow Aditya for practical AI systems that help businesses sell smarter.

Sales Engineers are one of the highest-leverage roles in GTM. But without the right tools, even the best SEs spend more time doing admin than driving deals forward. If I were building an SE team today, here’s what I’d prioritize in the stack 👇 (not including the basics like Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, etc.) My top 3: 1. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (e.g. Gong, Chorus by ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.) Recording calls saves everyone time. Managers can coach more. Everyone gets complete notes. Can’t live without this one. 2. 𝗣𝗢𝗖 / 𝗢𝗽𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (e.g. Opine, Homerun Presales, etc.) SEs can burn a ton of hours when POCs and Opps aren’t run efficiently. These tools help track technical evaluations, keeping the entire team aligned and moving in the right direction. 3. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (e.g. Responsive, Iris, Arphie, etc.) RFPs and Security Questionnaires, oof. 😩 AI has made tackling these SO much easier, accelerating deal velocity, saving a TON of SE time. 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗨𝗽: As the team scales, I’d invest in a Demo/Product Experience platform - a force multiplier when done right. 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀: DemoPro (on Mac) - my favorite tool for quick, clean annotations during demos. ___ Tools like these free up SEs to do what they do best: solve problems and deliver value. And new solutions are launching every day. Exciting times. What’s in your PreSales stack? Drop your must-haves below 👇

Your sales tech stack isn’t broken. It’s incomplete. Most sales teams use random tools. They don't consider the entire funnel. Each stage needs specific tools that work together. Not a collection of disconnected software. Here's my complete stack from prospecting to closing: 1. Prospecting Inbound signals: - Teamfluence™: Catch warm leads on LinkedIn - RB2B: Website visitor identification Finding prospects/leads: - Apollo: 250M+ prospect database - Clay: Data orchestration platform - BuiltWith: Technology-based targeting - PhantomBuster: Social media scraping - Ocean.io: Lookalike company finder - Crunchbase: Company intelligence 2. Qualifying Data providers: Semrush: Competitive intelligence PitchBook: Financial data Claygent: AI research assistant Clearbit: Company enrichment Enrichment: Prospeo.io: Social and email enrichment Clay: Multi-source enrichment 3. Outreach Copywriting: Twain: Cold outreach optimization Claude: AI email writing Email providers: LeadMagic: Budget-friendly option Icypeas: Highest quality Outreach platforms: HeyReach.io: Safe LinkedIn automation Instantly.ai: All-in-one platform for cold email The best sales teams map their entire process first. Then choose tools that integrate seamlessly. Your conversion rates depend on it.

🧨 3 Simple Hacks So You Can Stop Playing Whack-a-mole With Sales Issues When hired to fix a company's stalled sales, the hardest part is often figuring out what's 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 happening. Spoiler alert - 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘳𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 (𝘪𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘺) 𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘰𝘴𝘴 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨. So, how do I uncover the truth without spending weeks auditing the internal processes and shadowing team members to measure their compliance? Easy...𝐈 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐃𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘. For example, a company hires me to audit/optimize their sales processes and then build them a new Sales Playbook and update their sales enablement suite... To help me understand the current sales process, I'll have the sales team follow these simple steps: 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 1: 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐇𝐨𝐰.𝐜𝐨𝐦 As the sales team goes about their day working in the CRM, researching prospects for outreach, and engaging with leads online, Scribe works in the background, tracking it all to create a step-by-step guide of their process, including all the "clicks," screenshots of the action items, videos, and content entered in an easy to share link. Cost: $0/$60 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 2: 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬.𝐚𝐢 Most sales teams currently use an AI notetaker, but Fathom and Fireflies are two great options if they're not. These notetakers record the call, highlight action items, track talk/listen ratios, questions the rep asks, and more. The recording and notes are cloud-based, so you never have to worry about compressing videos or attaching PDFs of the notes. Cost: $0 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 3: 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡.𝐜𝐨𝐦 Once we've identified the top 3 sales collateral your company uses, we'll recreate them in an online suite that tracks who opens your content, what they look at, and how long they spend on each piece of content/slide. Analytics like this is critical - and eye-opening! The sooner you find out leads aren't even opening your case study or only viewing 2 of your 10-slide software walk-throughs, the sooner you can fix the issue. Cost: $0/$25 __________ Once each sales team member has completed these steps and forwarded the links to me, I can dig in to uncover the disconnects in their sales process, fix the bottlenecks, and optimize for conversions. Sometimes, this means overhauling their sales collateral; other times, it's updating their tools, automation and improving workflows...or maybe it's a lead flow issue. While the fixes are rarely simple, using these "Hacks" is a great way to uncover the truth so you're not wasting precious time and money on busy work that doesn't get to the root of your stalled sales. ♻️ Share if you found this helpful! What if I tell you that the best sales reps aren't closers? They're actually pipeline architects. Most sales teams focus on closing deals, but the best ones focus on building a pipeline that closes itself. Which means less firefighting, more predictability, and way more revenue. Here’s what the perfect sales pipeline looks like: 📍 Lead Generation -> Attract and capture ICP-fit leads through a mix of inbound & outbound tactics. -> Tools: Reply, Jason AI, HubSpot, Clay, Demio 📍 Lead Qualification -> Filter out unfit leads using proven frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, CHAMP. -> Tools: Default, Gong, HubSpot, Salesforce 📍 Demo -> Personalize every walkthrough. Focus on solving their pain, not showing your features. -> Tools: Zoom, Avoma, HubSpot, Demodesk, Chili Piper 📍 Negotiations -> Use frameworks like BATNA or Win-Win to align value and price. -> Tools: PandaDoc, Avoma, Zoom, Conga, Progress ShareFile 📍 Closing -> Simplify the final step with automation and clear next actions. -> Tools: Howly, Docusign, Stripe, Zuora 📍 After-Sale -> Turn clients into advocates through Customer Success, Upsells, and Cross-sells. -> Tools: SurveyMonkey, ChurnZero, Velaris, Loom, Zoom Every stage builds trust, shortens sales cycles, and grows lifetime value. Which stage do you think most sales teams struggle with? Share your take in the comments 👇

From sales call to personalised proposal in 16 seconds. Here’s a step-by-step guide: BUT FIRST, let me give some context. 3 months ago when we implemented this: → Tor was spending 30-60min on each proposal. → We had to cut back on how many calls we could take → Less calls = Less opportunities Fast-forward to today: → Tor spends less than 10 mins on each proposal. → Call capacity has grown 2x-3x → 34 calls taken in the last two weeks (no issues) → More calls = More opportunities Here's how we did it: ➡️ Step 1: Use the Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant Over the months we’ve bounced through COUNTLESS call recorders. Here’s my take: 🥉 Sybill → Accurate summaries, but can’t talk to the transcript. 🥈 Otter → Can talk to the transcript, but often inaccurate. 🥇 Fathom → Accurate summaries and connects to Zapier In Fathom, can’t talk to the transcript, but that doesn’t matter. Why? You can use Zapier to send it to ChatGPT and do it that way. ➡️ Step 1: Create a workflow in Zapier Zapier is my new favourite tool. I’m obsessed. It allows your tools to talk to each other and transfer information. It is also very well priced. (see video for full breakdown) ➡️ Step 2: Send the call-summary to ChatGPT ChatGPT is used to hand-pick insights that delivery needs to know. We give it set questions, and it gives us the answers. Because ChatGPT can code, it also formats it into email and Slack. So from one prompt, you create the Slack message, email and proposal. ➡️ Step 3: Send the summary to Slack This is my favourite part. The call summary is sent to Slack and the whole team qualifies them. Delivery may have some insight that makes them a bad fit. Before, this input was being lost. Why? Because it’d take too long for the sales rep to explain it all. With this approach, we can qualify-out leads much sooner. Less wasted time. ➡️ Step 4: Use Zapier to create the proposal We then give Zapier a Google Slides template, and tell it to fill the variables. (with what ChatGPT generated) This is created instantly. ➡️ Step 5: Use Zapier to draft the follow-up email Again, we use ChatGPT, but we put on strict limitations. IMPORTANT: Do not allow ChatGPT to write the whole thing. ➡️ Step 6: Human check Last of all, the sales-rep then checks everything. They’re checking for misalignment. Does this match with what was said? If so, we send. And that’s how we’ve reduce the follow-up time by 90%. _________ 🚨🚨🚨 Want this for your business? Are your outdated processes and system costing you time? We can show you how to build it. Or, build it for you. Interested? Sales has changed in 2025. Now it's not about having more tools, it's about having a clear path. Because a messy stack won’t save a broken motion.
