Womancat Wensday

BINQ:  I love The Mews Room!  It has so many unusual place to sit.  A lot of it even seems upside-down! 

I love to stretch out on the mats...

And when I am really relaxed, I let TBT see my Golden Eyes clearly!

I don't do that much.

My eyes are most visible about me.  I have a small whhite patch of fur below my chin, but you won't see that very often.  I have to raise my head pretty high for that.

Flashback Friday And 17th Blogoversary

 Today is from this week 2011.  

Iza's beautiful blue eyes...

Ayla and Marley always got along great and sat together a lot.

And played (nicely).

Marley was tolerant of play.

And they would stop and groom each other.

But there was some gentle wrassling involved.  That's the way it should be.

A few kicks...

A paw tap...

Even a few bities...

And Ayla was still young enough to get her own bities...

But they both knew when to stop.

And play again.

A paw to push away...

And a paw to invite more...

But Marley was stronger even then, so Ayla would back off.

But both enjoyed it.

AND it is our um, (counting toesies here and it takes several of us now) our 17th blogoversary today!  None of us were here for that start, but we carry on in the spirits of Skeeter and LC who encouraged TBT to start it.

We are glad they did.  All it took was a "free blog" button in a cat-blogger page ta get him started.  And we (and he) are glad he gave it a try.  It has made our lives happier.

Sharing our lives and sharing yours has been one Great Experience.  And we don't plan to stop anytime soon.

Back to you, TBT...

OK...  I cherish each and every person and cat who comments/visits us each day.  You make the effort worthwhile.  And you have shared our happy new arrivals and some sad departures.  Skeeter and LC  (sadly) only stayed a couple of years after this started.  Cherished forever and never forgotten.  

But Ayla arrived while they were still here (the grand old Princess).  Iza came and went too soon.  Marley (who both Ayla and Iza loved) is happy and as always, peaceful and content.  Laz loves me, but is not thrilled with other cats.  Lori is a dear sweet Tonkinese womancat now at 2 years and is very attached to me and likes Marley and Ayla.  

I suppose that is a normal cat household.  And that's what we try to share...

Thank you for being our friends over the years...

Freaky Friday + Gotcha Day

The "eyes" have it...

MARLEY:  And its my Gotcha Day too.  Because we are preparin fer a HUGE SNOWSTORM, we arent havin a BIG pawty this year, but there will be food and games.  Its just tyat there will be no goin outside ta hunt mousies and play on the deck, an TBT is gonna be busy a lot...

But we kittehs will be here ready ta play with all our guests!
